Early Learning Association Australia (ELAA)
Formed in 1990, ELAA provides a comprehensive range of management support to early childhood services. Our membership consists of cluster managers, independent kindergarten committees, community managed long day care centres, local governments and various other organisations associated with early childhood education.
ELAA is the peak membership body representing the voice of parents and service providers of quality early learning for all children. Our vision is 'excellence in early learning for every child'.
We provide extensive support to the early childhood sector in the areas of industrial relations and human resources, centre management for both stand-alone centres and group employers, fundraising and marketing.
ELAA has a membership of over 1300 services across Victoria which:
- employ qualified early childhood staff that plan programs for young children
- provide developmentally appropriate programs based on the recognition and understanding of the needs, interests and abilities of young children
- provide safe environments, both indoors and outdoors, which provide opportunities for children to develop new skills and practise and enhance those they have already learned.
ELAA is proud to present this exciting event for the early childhood education sector. In conjunction with Gowrie Victoria and the Department of Education and Training, we are delighted to co-ordinate such a quality speaking program and would like to thank sponsors and exhibitors for their contribution in making this conference once again a success.
As proud partners in the Early Childhood Education Conference, Gowrie Victoria is pleased to work in partnership with Early Learning Association Australia (ELAA) to bring you the 2017 Together We Grow Conference.
Gowrie Victoria is committed to excellence in early childhood education and care, professional learning and training programs, information and advice, demonstration services and specialised resources.
The calibre of speakers and presentations offered at the conference enable professional enquiry and learning to support continuous improvement and provide participants with valuable networking opportunities.
